Shipping policy

Delivery
For the United States, products are shipped either from the U.S. or South Korea, depending on stock availability. For all other countries, products are shipped from South Korea.
All products are the same quality and manufactured by KIMBLADE.
Shipping will be dispatched within 1–6 business days.
During peak seasons, shipping may take slightly longer than usual due to increased order volume.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the country and purchase amount, and are charged separately from the product price. 
Shipping fees do not include VAT, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
If you wish to purchase from a country not listed in the shipping destinations, please email us at info@kimblade.com with your address. We will confirm the shipping availability and provide information on shipping fees.

Customs & Taxes
Taxes and customs duties may vary depending on the customer's location.
KIMBLADE is not responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred during the importation of the products.
If taxes or customs duties are not paid, resulting in the shipment being held or returned by customs, reshipping or refunds will not be available.
Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia are not required to pay import taxes. However, customers in other regions may be responsible for applicable import taxes.
VAT will be charged in the UK, EU, and some other countries. Most European countries apply a VAT rate of 19-20%.

Damaged Products During Shipping
If the product is damaged during shipping or there is an issue with it, please contact us at info@kimblade.com.
If there is a problem, please do not dispose of the product and contact us first.

Exchanges & Refunds
If you wish to return an unused product within 30 days of receiving it, a refund or exchange will be guaranteed.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once KIMBLADE has received the product.
If you wish to exchange or return an item due to ordering mistake or change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, shipping fees paid during the purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds may be refused if the returned product has been used, is in a non-resalable condition, or if promotional items are missing.
We are not responsible for any additional costs such as packaging materials or fees related to the return process.

Warranty
If the product has a defect, we offer an exchange or repair service within three months of receiving the product.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by user negligence.
